UNIMIG RAZORWELD 350 SWF MIG / TIG / MMA

The MIG350SWF is an inverter-based MIG welding machine with added MMA and DC TIG functions. This is an industrial machine equipped with a separate 4 roll gear driven wire feeder and 10m interconnecting cables. The MIG function allows you to weld with Solid wires, Flux-cored Gas and Gasless wires.

Adjustment of Voltage & Wire Feed at the feeder makes for easy setting of welding parameters and gives the convenience of remote adjustment from the power source. Crater Current setting delivers perfect finishing of the weld, the electronic Inductance offers fine adjustment of the arc characteristic and Burn Back adjustment leaves the wire out ready for the next weld. Wire Inch and Gas Check provides a set up of wire feed and gas settings without wastage of wire or gas.

Added MMA welding capability delivers easy and high-quality welding using electrodes, including cast Iron, stainless and low hydrogen. Connection of the 26V TIG torch provides quality lift arc DC TIG welding of steel, stainless steel and copper. Ideal for heavy and structural welding applications, general engineers, maintenance workshops, and rural workshops.

THE ABILITY TO TRAVEL

The Razorweld 350 SWF is the ideal machine for medium to heavy industrial work. The machine is three-phase 415V and also portable and perfect for workshop use. With the added benefit of the Separate Wire Feeder (SWF) the operator is able to remove the wire feeder from the power source up to a distance of 10 metres. This is ideal in workshops when moving the complete machine isn’t an option.

The MIG function provides superb arc characteristics when using either Gas Shielded or Gasless Wires. The machine features an adjustable Burnback control and easy to use panel layout to get your job done faster.

The machine is also a very capable MMA (Stick) welder capable of running most MMA Electrodes up to 4.0mm. An added feature of Hot Start helps when striking an Arc to minimise the Electrode sticking to the workpiece.

The Razorweld 350SWF is Push Pull ready and is capable of running a 6-metre Push Pull gun which is ideal for Aluminium work adding yet another feature to the capabilities of this machine.

Another feature is the Razorweld 350SWF is also a DC TIG welder with a Lift Arc function. DC TIG will allow welding of materials such as Mild and Stainless Steel as well as Bronze, Copper and Chrome Moly’s.
