The RAZOR ARC 180 is the perfect STICK and TIG welder for the professional welder wanting a powerful machine with a portable body. Fitted with a 15 AMP plug, this machine is designed to be taken between the workshop and worksites. Connecting a 17V TIG Torch provides DC Lift Arc TIG functionality. Lift Arc ignition allows the arc to be started easily in DC TIG by simply touching the tungsten to the workpiece and lifting it up to start the arc. This stops the tungsten tip sticking to the workpiece and breaking the tip from the tungsten electrode.

VRD – A Voltage Reduction Device can be turned on and off with the supplied key to suit your application. If you’re running electrodes that are hard to start, the VRD can be turned off to help with striking an arc.
DC MMA welding delivers a smooth and stable arc for easy welding of electrodes producing high-quality welds including cast Iron, stainless and low hydrogen.
Thermal Overload Protection – Over Temperature Warning.
Suitable for a wide range of applications including light industrial use, site welding, farming, and repair and maintenance applications.
The RAZOR ARC 180 features Anti-Stick technology, as well as adjustable Arc Force and Hot Start functionality. These features are designed for improving weld quality and ease of use.
