The website www.electroweld.com.au is owned and operated by Electroweld. All products listed on www.electroweld.com.au are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock levels of each shoe may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Listing Errors
In the event a product is listed with an incorrect image, an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Electroweld shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed incorrectly. Electroweld shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. If payment has been taken for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Electroweld shall immediately issue a refund back to your account.
– If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered , we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send the item(s) to you. We will contact you where we become aware of an error and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Electroweld reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. When ordering, your credit card is charged when you place your order. All orders are in Australian dollars. Please note that we do not store your credit card number on our servers. If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.
Note: We take credit card fraud very seriously, so we may contact you to ascertain shipping and credit card details for verification purposes. We reserve the right to ask for scans of photo ID.
Direct Deposits
We accept Direct Deposits at Electroweld. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money into our bank account. Please allow up to 3 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available, usually by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Shipping Information
The cost of shipping is clearly indicated for each product ordered, and is included in the invoice total. Orders are generally processed and posted in two to three working days. Unfortunately, at some times, processing orders may take longer.
Shipping Errors
Electroweld uses quality carriers, however the reality is that errors may occur. In the event of delivery errors, Electroweld will use all its efforts to ensure you receive your goods, receive a replacement or are refunded your purchase price.
Warranties
Where applicable, the warranty offered for the products sold by Electroweld are the manufacturer’s warranty.
Where there is no manufacturer’s warranty available, Electroweld offers a warranty for the products, as specified in the product specifications.
Electroweld’s warranty is limited to replacement of the item or refund of the purchase price, to be determined by us.
Limitation of Liabilities
Under no circumstances will Electroweld be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from any product purchased from Electroweld, beyond the value of the item purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information. Electroweld reserves the right to change any specification, design, model and or other information without notice.
Guests and Registered Users
- You may access and/or use the website as a guest or as a member.
- To become a member of the website, you must provide your name and address, telephone number and a valid email address. If you do not provide accurate and complete details we may not be able to activate your membership or supply products to you. You agree to keep your membership details current at all times by accessing your account via the website or by contacting us through the website.
- We only permit one registration per email address.
- You must not use another members’ account without permission.
- You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or any unauthorised use of your account.
