1 x Chemtools 150g Rapidstick Anaerobic Adhesives Aerosol Primer, 8-3471-150

Features:

• Rapidstick 8-3471 is designed to clean whilst promoting adhesion to passive metals, inert surfaces, and elastomeric substrates, including silicone. Bond strength may increase by up to 20 times
• Optimum primer-coating thickness is dependent upon the substrate and area of application.
• Testing before application is recommended
• Only one coat of 8-3471 Primer is advised, however, porous surfaces may need two treatments
• Spray onto both surfaces to be bonded from a distance of 250mm – 300mm. For small gaps, treatment of only one surface may be adequate. Allow to dry for approximately 1 minute
• Bond parts within 7 days, or 6 hours for optimum bond values. Bonding operations involving adhesives should be completed immediately after applying the adhesive to one of the surfaces
• Suitable For:
  • Threadlockers
  • Sealants
  • Retaining compounds, and
  • On less active metals such as stainless steel, zinc, and gold
• Safety Precautions:
  • Use with adequate ventilation and avoid breathing fumes. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. This product may produce adverse health conditions, ranging from minor skin irritation to serious systemic effects. It should be used, stored, and transported under the correct handling precautions and recommendations.
