Simply dip the warm nozzle into the paste before or during welding, and any spatter that forms simply flakes off instead of building up inside the nozzle and restricting gas flow. The paste can also be brushed directly onto torch parts as needed for targeted protection.
Being completely silicone-free, ABI-Gel won't cause the contamination issues that silicone-based products can create, meaning it's safe to use on parts that will later be painted, coated, or galvanized. It also helps lubricate contact tips for smoother wire feeding and extends the working life of your consumables, cutting down on downtime spent cleaning or replacing nozzles and tips.
