The CIGWELD Multi-Mix Tungsten Electrodes deliver reliable ignition and stable arc performance for both AC and DC TIG welding. Their precise blend of Lanthanum, Zirconium and Yttrium promotes cooler tip temperatures, longer point life and reduced re-sharpening compared to Thoriated tungstens. Highly consistent and durable, they’re ideal for both manual and automated welding applications. With tungsten’s melting point of ~3400°C, these electrodes maintain a stable arc without rapid wear and remain non-radioactive for improved operator safety.
