The CIGWELD COMET Quick Connect Flashback Arrestor (Torch Mount, Oxygen) is designed to prevent flashback flame and reverse flowing gases inside the regulator or blowpipe from burning or mixing in the hose and gas supply system. It is fitted to the blowpipe inlet on the oxygen line.
Flashback arrestors are essential safety devices on every oxy-fuel cutting, heating and brazing outfit, protecting the operator, hoses, regulators and cylinders.
