The MicroArc 140 as the name suggests is an extremely neat and compact welding inverter. Weighing in at a slight 3kg in the hand and sized at only 100mm Wide and 185mm High on your bench, this little gem is conveniently thrown over the shoulder and taken wherever you need to go. With adjustable welding current from 10 to 140 amps, and adjustable Hot Start and Arc Force, you have the flexibility to run standard general-purpose 2.5mm electrodes for light gauge work (less than 3.0mm plate) and 3.2mm electrodes for heavier metals. The MicroArc 140 also has a lift TIG function that offers stable TIG welding characteristics at 140A@20% when used with a suitable TIG torch and argon shielding gas.
