The RILAND TIG 200PGDM is a compact, high-performance 200A DC TIG and Stick/MMA welder designed for professional fabrication, workshop repairs, maintenance and general welding applications. Using advanced digital IGBT inverter technology, the TIG 200PGDM delivers precise arc control while supporting HF TIG, Lift TIG and MMA/Stick welding in one portable machine.

With a maximum 200A TIG output, adjustable pulse welding, 2T and 4T torch control, and a clear LED digital display, the TIG 200PGDM provides the control required for accurate and consistent TIG welding. Its lightweight 5.6 kg design also makes it practical for mobile welding and site work.

HF TIG & Lift TIG Welding

The RILAND TIG 200PGDM offers both High Frequency (HF) TIG ignition and Lift Arc TIG, giving welders flexibility depending on the application. HF ignition provides a non-contact arc start, helping minimise tungsten contamination and making it particularly useful for precision TIG welding.

The machine provides a 15–200A TIG welding range, allowing it to handle both lighter fabrication work and heavier-duty welding applications within its output capacity.

Adjustable TIG Pulse

For applications where greater control over heat input is required, the TIG 200PGDM features adjustable pulse parameters. Pulse TIG can help control heat input, manage the weld pool and improve control when welding thinner materials.

The selectable 2T and 4T torch functions also provide greater flexibility during welding, particularly when performing longer welds where continuous torch trigger operation can become tiring.

200A TIG & 160A Stick Welding Output

As well as DC TIG, the TIG 200PGDM can be used as a Stick/MMA welder, providing an output range of 30–160A. This makes it a versatile option for general fabrication, repairs, maintenance and applications where Stick welding is preferred.

A selectable VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function is also available in MMA mode, providing an additional safety feature for Stick welding applications.

Digital IGBT Inverter Technology

At the heart of the TIG 200PGDM is advanced digital IGBT inverter technology, providing a compact and efficient power source while maintaining reliable welding performance.

The integrated LED display clearly shows welding parameters, making setup and adjustment straightforward for both TIG and MMA welding.

Smart Fan Sleep Mode

The RILAND TIG 200PGDM incorporates a smart fan sleep mode, allowing the cooling fan to operate only when required. This helps reduce the amount of dust drawn into the machine during operation and can contribute to improved machine longevity.

Compact & Portable Design

Weighing only 5.6 kg and measuring 315 × 135 × 250 mm, the TIG 200PGDM is easy to transport around the workshop or take to different job sites. Its compact footprint makes it particularly suitable for workshops where space is limited or for welders who require a portable TIG welding solution.
