The ALLCLEAR MA100 is a 230V 10A single-phase mobile fume extraction and filtration unit for welding and grinding. It is one of the most compact and economical units in the ALLCLEAR range, and one of the most popular. A convenient access door allows in-situ filter cleaning with a compressed air nozzle without exposing the operator to collected fume dust, and a collection tray allows safe removal of dust. Its cleanable cartridge filter lasts much longer than traditional box filters, keeping suction consistent and running costs low, and a special spark deflector plate shields the filter from sparks and coarse particles, virtually eliminating the risk of fire. Exhaust air is directed upwards and away from the floor so settled dust is not stirred up. Mounted on castors, it moves easily to where the welding is happening.
