The ALLCLEAR MA350 AUTO is a 3-phase 415V mobile fume extraction and filtration unit for welding and grinding. It adds automatic compressed-air pulse filter cleaning, which activates when the unit is switched off or an airflow drop is detected, saving operator downtime and making it suitable for high-fume work such as some flux-cored wires. Twin 3m arms give wide reach, and it has a working hour counter, filter fullness indicator, malfunction warning and a dust drawer that can be emptied while running. Its cleanable cartridge filter lasts much longer than traditional box filters, keeping suction consistent and running costs low, and a special spark deflector plate shields the filter from sparks and coarse particles, virtually eliminating the risk of fire. Exhaust air is directed upwards and away from the floor so settled dust is not stirred up. Mounted on castors, it moves easily to where the welding is happening.
