The ALLCLEAR MA350 STD is a 3-phase 415V mobile fume extraction and filtration unit for welding and grinding. Twin 3m arms give wider reach and reduce the need to move the unit, and twin filters with 28m2 of surface area increase dust and fume capacity. A filter cleaning door allows in-situ cleaning with a compressed air nozzle, without exposing the operator to collected dust. It also has a working hour counter, filter fullness indicator, malfunction warning and a special dust collection bin. Its cleanable cartridge filter lasts much longer than traditional box filters, keeping suction consistent and running costs low, and a special spark deflector plate shields the filter from sparks and coarse particles, virtually eliminating the risk of fire. Exhaust air is directed upwards and away from the floor so settled dust is not stirred up. Mounted on castors, it moves easily to where the welding is happening.
