The Weldclass PLATINUM LT40 is an industrial quality, European-made LPG (propane) burner torch for heating and burning almost anything. It runs on air and LPG only, no oxygen required, from standard 4, 9 or 45kg LPG bottles with a POL fitting. The heavy-duty handle has a unique swivel connection that stops hose twisting and improves operator comfort, and the 5/8 inch UNF LH connections are the welding industry standard for easy repair and interchangeability. The Maxflame kit delivers the biggest flame in the range, up to 500 MJ/h (475,000 BTU) through a 1m torch with a 65mm tip, and comes with a 3m hose and bottle adaptor. It runs on full bottle pressure, ideal where maximum flame size and power are needed.
