FEATURES:
Pair of Spark-Resistant P2/P3 Toxic Particulate Filters for use with 3M™ Reusable Respirators.
The 3M 6035 filters are an excellent choice for mould and asbestos removal work and are specifically designed for durability with a spark-resistant outer casing.
A tough outer protective casing deflects sparks and splashes, giving it an advantage over the 3M 2000 Series particulate filters.
Provides toxic particulate protection.
Applications for activities that include:
– Mould remediation
– Asbestos removal
– Lead removal
– Grinding, sanding & polishing
– Pharmaceutical/powdered chemicals
– Fibreglass installation
– Painting
– Woodworking
– Welding
– Asbestos-related tasks
Suitable for use with 3M™ 6000/7500 Series Half Face Respirators and 3M™ 6000/7000 Series Full Face Respirators.
The 6035 filters provide P2 against thermally and mechanically generated particles and can provide additional P3 toxic particle protection when used with a 3M full face respirator only.
This cartridge/filter, when used for protection against the contaminants as specified, is capable of providing the following protection levels:
– With a 3M 6000/7500 Series Half Face Respirator: for particles, for airborne concentrations up to 10 times the Workplace Exposure Standard (WES)
– With a 3M 6000/7800 Series Full Face Respirator: for particles, for airborne concentrations up to 100 x WES
Low profile and well-balanced twin filter design.
3M Bayonet Connection System ensures precise and secure locking.
Common Applications/Hazards: – For protection against certain particles, dust, mists and fumes such as sanding, grinding, cutting, drilling metal, masonry, wood and concrete.
