It is an exceptional performing, biodegradable product that significantly reduces or eliminates spatter adhesion on weld nozzles, work pieces and tooling. It contains no chlorinated solvents or silicones and is non-toxic and non-flammable and will not create porosity or pinholes in welds.

  • Application:
    • Shake trigger spray and apply undiluted to the area surrounding the weld and tooling
    • After welding wipe the excess from the work piece with a damp cloth
    • If painting is required use Chemtools Prep Solv Cleaner/Degreaser to remove all trace of the anti-spatter.
  • Storage:
    • Store in a cool, dry place, in tightly closed original containers at a room temperature between 5°C and 40°C
    • Do not place in direct sunlight or near any heat source
    • Do not return any used material to its original container.
