CIGWELD BlueVenom XF250 SiC — 250A 6-in-1 Multi Process Inverter Welder

The BlueVenom XF250 SiC is CIGWELD's most capable single-phase multi-process machine, purpose-built for Australian fabrication workshops, industrial maintenance operations and professional welders who refuse to compromise on arc quality. Driven by Silicon Carbide (SiC) inverter technology rather than conventional IGBT components, it runs cooler, draws power more efficiently and produces a noticeably smoother, more stable arc — differences that become obvious the first time you run a bead.

Six complete welding processes are available without swapping machines or compromising output: gas-shielded MIG for everyday steel and stainless work, Single Pulse MIG for controlled heat input, Double Pulse MIG to achieve a stacked coin bead appearance at MIG speeds, High Frequency AC/DC TIG for aluminium and precision work, Cold TIG for heat-sensitive materials and thin sections, and Stick (MMA and Stick Pulse) with full VRD protection. All of this runs from a standard 240V 15A outlet, making the XF250 SiC genuinely portable without sacrificing capability.

What It's Built For

Aluminium fabrication, stainless steel food and pharmaceutical equipment, structural steel, heavy industrial maintenance, automotive and motorsport, marine construction, agricultural engineering, mining maintenance, manufacturing and production welding.

Why the XF250 SiC Stands Apart

Most multi-process machines at this output level still rely on older IGBT inverter designs. The XF250 SiC's Silicon Carbide core runs at higher switching frequencies, which translates directly into a tighter, more responsive arc and significantly less heat build-up during long sessions. Pair that with Double Pulse MIG for cosmetic aluminium work, 11 AC TIG waveform profiles for dialling in exactly the right cleaning and penetration balance, and 60 programmable memory slots for instant job recall, and you have a machine that eliminates the compromises that come with running multiple single-process welders.
