• Sealed Closed-Loop Liquid Cooling: Traditional units rely on air intake that sucks in metallic dust and conductive fibres. Which is a death sentence for internal electronics. Our redesigned architecture encompasses the entire power source in a fully sealed, liquid-cooled loop. By eliminating air-exchange cooling for the internals, we’ve effectively "dust-proofed" the power course, significantly extending the lifespan of the fibre source. 

• Consolidated Power Management: Forget the cable mess. We’ve re-engineered the internal power distribution so the entire system, including the wire feeder runs from a single phase 32Amp plug. It’s faster to set up and simplifies your workshop power requirements. 

• Upgraded Electrical Conductivity: Where others use aluminium, we use High-Conductivity Copper for our earth connections. This reduces heat build-up at the contact point and ensures a rock-solid, stable arc during long-duration, high-output runs. 

• Full Aluminium Construction: Unlike plastic-heavy alternatives, this gun features a rugged aluminium body. This provides superior heat dissipation during long 2000W runs and ensures the tool can survive the inevitable bumps and drops of a busy bay. 

Operator-Centric Features 

• Integrated Job-Change Button: Efficiency is about staying at the workpiece. The gun features a dedicated button that allows the operator to toggle instantly between 3 preset job profiles. In a production environment, walking back to the machine to adjust settings is wasted time. You can set Job 1 for 6mm heavy plate, Job 2 for thin-gauge tacks, and Job 3 for a vertical down. Switch between them with a single click without breaking your stance or lifting your helmet. 

• Leather Cable Protection: We include a premium leather shroud for the laser cabling. This provides superior resistance to slag, sparks, and abrasion, protecting the fibre optic core from the harsh environment of a fabrication bay. 

• 3-in-1 Versatility: Quickly switch between high-speed welding, precision cutting, and laser cleaning (oxide/rust removal) with the quick-change lens hatch. 

• Workshop-Ready Mobility: The IW-20PRO sits on doubled-thickness heavy-duty reinforced casters. They won’t "flat-spot" under the unit's weight and are designed to navigate workshop grates and uneven concrete without snagging. 

• Universal Standard Connectivity: The IW-20PRO utilizes industry-standard interfaces to ensure your setup remains flexible and serviceable. By using a heavy-duty 35/50 Dinse-style connection for the earth lead and a quick-connect fitting for the gas supply, we’ve eliminated the need for proprietary tools or specialized adapters. This allows you to swap, extend, or replace leads with ease using common workshop hardware, keeping your machine operational and fully compatible with your existing equipment.

Laser vs. MIG: Speed and Efficiency 

While MIG is the "workhorse" of the industry, it is messy and creates significant heat distortion on thinner materials. 

• 4x Faster Travel Speeds: On 1mm - 3mm materials, the IW-20PRO can move at speeds up to 4 times faster than a MIG welder. Where a MIG welder might struggle with burn-through on thin gauges, the laser glides through, creating a consistent, deep-penetrating seam. 

• Eliminate Post-Weld Cleanup: MIG welding is synonymous with spatter. Our laser system produces virtually zero spatter. This means you can throw away your flap discs and anti-spatter sprays; the weld is clean and ready for powder coating or assembly immediately. 

• Reduced Distortion: MIG puts a wide "heat footprint" on the metal, often causing thin panels to "oil-can" or warp. The IW-20PRO’s concentrated beam keeps the Heat-Affected Zone (HAZ) so small that you can touch the metal just inches away from the weld almost immediately.
