Weldclass 2% silver phos copper brazing rod is made for plumbing and HVAC work. Thanks to its phosphorus content it joins copper to copper without flux, and joins copper to low zinc brass with flux. It is widely used on copper pipe, plumbing fittings and hot water tanks. The low 2% silver content makes it an economical choice for high-volume copper to copper brazing.
Note: Not suitable for ferrous metals, steels or nickel alloys, or for use in sulphur containing atmospheres.
