Its wear resistant high carbon martensitic deposit gives good abrasion resistance with moderate to high impact strength and a typical hardness of 53-56 HRC, and the tough deposit suits parts that flex or see fatigue in service. It is free from relief checks, grindable, and easy to use on low OCV machines. Supplied in a 1kg re-usable pack. This listing is 3.2mm.
Note: Not recommended for metal-to-metal wear. Deposit is not machinable without prior heat treatment but can be ground.
