PLATINUM 12V welding rods are preferred by welders across Australia for their seriously smooth arc, all-position capability including vertical down, low spatter and easy de-slagging. They are a great general purpose electrode for mild and galvanised steel, plate, sheet and RHS, and are tolerant of rusty steel and poor fit-up. A low 40V minimum OCV means they run well on small inverters and older transformer machines. This listing is a handy pack of 25 rods of 2.0mm rods, a handy size for the toolbox, ute or occasional repairs.
